Our one-hour ice skating sessions are booked as follows:

|16:45 – 17:45||18:00 – 19:00|
|19:15 – 20:15||20:30 – 21:30*|
*The 20:30 session will be closed Christmas Eve only
The Chalet cafe will be closed at 8pm on Sunday 5th January.
Funfair opening times:
Saturdays & Sundays: 11am – 8pm
(including Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve)
Weekdays 18th November – 20th December: 3pm – 8pm
Weekdays 23rd December – 3rd January: 11am – 8pm
(including Boxing Day and New Year’s Day but closed on Christmas Day)
What if it is raining?
You get wet! The rink can operate in nearly all weather conditions. Please bring suitable outdoor clothing, wearing hoods is not permitted on the ice. This is an outdoor event and no refunds will be given due to inclement weather. In the unlikely event that the Event Manager deems it necessary to close the ice rink, alternative sessions will be offered for skating, subject to availability.

With space limited on each session, The Ice Factor strongly recommends you book in advance to avoid disappointment. Weekends and school holidays are particularly busy, so don’t risk it, book it!
